Job description: Our client Grover Foods Pty Ltd is a franchisee of Domino’s Pizza, operating the Marsden Park store in New South Wales. The business places strong focus on operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and efficiency across its operations.To support its continued growth and team leadership, Grover Foods Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Manager to take charge of its Marsden Park Domino’s outlet. The role will involve day-to-day management of store operations, supervision of team members, implementation of company policies, and delivery of excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a hands-on approach, be able to perform under pressure, and contribute to the store’s operational and strategic success.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure consistent quality and timely service
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate store staff in accordance with Domino’s standards
• Maintain compliance with food safety regulations, WHS policies, and Domino’s operational guidelines
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and manage stock to reduce wastage
• Prepare staff rosters and manage labour costs effectively
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve complaints or concerns efficiently
• Analyse store performance and implement strategies to meet sales and profit targets
• Drive local marketing initiatives and store promotions
• Maintain store cleanliness and enforce hygiene protocols
• Promote a positive team culture and lead by example
• Implement cost-control procedures to maximise efficiency
• Support new technology and systems rollout as per Domino’s operational innovations

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Minimum Diploma in Retail Management, Hospitality, or related discipline
• At least one year of experience in a similar fast-food, quick-service, or retail supervisory/management role
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a dynamic customer-facing environment

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
• Proficient in stock control, scheduling, and reporting
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and workplace health and safety standards
• Strong organisational and time-management capabilities
