Our team is passionate about customer satisfaction, quality food, and efficient operations, and we’re now looking for a driven Retail Manager to lead our store to greater success.Job Advertisement: Retail Manager – Burrito Bar Flagstone, QLDKey Responsibilities:

• Overseeing inventory control, ensuring appropriate stock levels of food, beverages, packaging, and supplies to meet customer demand and minimise waste.
• Developing product and pricing strategies in line with local customer preferences and market trends.
• Implementing store-level promotional activities and marketing plans to increase brand visibility and boost sales.
• Providing personalised service and expert knowledge on our menu offerings, including providing guidance on flavour combinations and dietary options.
• Recording and reviewing sales figures, customer feedback, and staff performance to guide business decisions.
• Preparing budgets, forecasting revenue, and monitoring costs to maintain profitability.
• Recruiting, onboarding, training, and mentoring team members to ensure strong service standards and smooth restaurant operations.
• Scheduling staff rosters to align with operational needs, peak hours, and labour budgets.
• Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety legislation and food handling regulations at all times.
• Managing customer complaints and feedback promptly and professionally to maintain strong customer loyalty.
• Monitoring food quality, presentation, and service delivery to ensure consistency with brand standards.
• Coordinating with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely deliveries and cost-effective procurement.
• Conducting regular audits to ensure operational efficiency and identify areas for process improvement.
• Leading by example in providing hands-on support during busy periods and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
• Analysing local competition and identifying opportunities for menu adjustments, pricing strategies, or promotional campaigns to remain competitive.

Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 plus superannuation per annum (Full-Time – 38 hours/week)Qualification Required: AQF Diploma or higherExperience Required: Minimum 1 year in a similar managerial rolePersonal Attributes:We’re looking for someone who is:
