About the Position:
The Retail Manager at Lowgan PTY LTD t/as McDonald’s oversees the daily operations of the North Fitzroy restaurant, ensuring a seamless customer experience, efficient team performance, and adherence to McDonald’s brand standards. This leadership role involves managing staff, maintaining high service and food quality, and driving business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.
Ensure compliance with McDonald’s food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
Train, motivate, and supervise team members to deliver exceptional service.
Monitor financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability targets.
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
Implement marketing and promotional initiatives as directed by McDonald’s corporate guidelines.
