Ensure efficient management of the restaurant in line with Accor standards and concept statements
Assign and monitor responsibilities of subordinates, providing ongoing coaching and support
Be present on the floor at all times, especially during peak operations
Supervise requisitioning, storage, and usage of restaurant equipment and supplies
Conduct monthly inventory checks and ensure par stock levels are maintained
Attend operational and management meetings as required
Maintain cleanliness and organization in both front and back of house areas
Conduct daily pre-shift briefings on preparation, service, and menu updates
Coordinate daily operations with kitchen, bar, and stewarding departments
Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries professionally
Ensure proper cashiering and adherence to financial procedures
Assist in updating operations manuals and annual business and marketing plans
Organize festive food promotions and weekly rosters to match business levels
Ensure staff training, performance appraisals, and development of future leadersIdeal Profile
Diploma or degree in hospitality management or vocational training in food and beverage
3-4 years’ experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel in a food and beverage supervisory role
Strong knowledge of HACCP standards and certification
Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills
Ability to train and mentor staff effectively
