We are seeking an experienced Research & Innovation Director to drive our product development and research strategies on a global basis. This is a senior leadership position, offering the chance to make a significant impact on our innovation pipeline and long-term business growth. You will relocate to Singapore and work closely with global teams, leveraging your expertise to keep us at the forefront of scientific advancement and market trends.Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams in Project Management, Product Development, and Translational Science to deliver new and enhanced products aligned with business goals.
• Partner with the CEO and senior leaders to define and execute the innovation and research strategy on a global basis.
• Develop and manage the innovation portfolio, identifying new opportunities through market research and consumer insights.
• Oversee the timely and successful execution of innovation projects, ensuring they meet quality, regulatory, and financial targets.
• Foster collaboration across global and regional teams, and actively participate in global innovation forums to accelerate idea development.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including marketing, commercial, and external partners.

Ideal Experience

• Proven leadership experience (10+ years) in research, innovation, or product development within the FMCG sector.
• Demonstrated success in managing innovation pipelines and cross-functional teams in a matrixed, multicultural environment.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and project management skills.
• Deep understanding of consumer trends, market research, and the regulatory landscape in FMCG.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Food Science, Nutrition, Business, Engineering).
• Willingness to relocate to Singapore.
