The Opportunity:

UserTesting is seeking Regional Marketing Manager to lead its marketing efforts in Northern Europe. This position reports into the VP Marketing, EMEA & APAC. 

UserTesting first opened our European headquarters in Edinburgh, Scotland in 2019 and has been growing rapidly ever since. We are looking for an experienced B2B software regional marketing manager that is comfortable partnering with Sales to help us drive business growth in EMEA with a focus on Northern Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Own the regional KPI’s and results, tracking end-to-end from budget spend through to pipeline generated and deals won. Use the data and learnings to improve and optimise performance continuously.
• Develop a regional marketing strategy and quarterly plans, in close partnership with Sales, SDR’s, Customer Success, and Global Marketing teams.
• Own the regional Sales/Marketing relationship, ensuring flawless communication and execution. Partner with Sales, SDR’s and BDR’s to develop marketing programs and processes that both fit the needs of the region, and align with our Global marketing direction.
• Own & execute holistic regional marketing programs that engage our target audience and achieve regional goals, including tactics such as trade shows, hosted events & webinars, email, content syndication / 3rd party media & sponsorship.
• Partner with our Demand Center teams and Media agency to execute digital tactics such as Paid Social, SEM / SEO, and web localisation.
• Partner with product marketing, corporate marketing, researchers, and a wide variety of internal & external thought-leaders to develop region-relevant content that engages and attracts new customers, such as customer stories / case studies, blogs, ebooks, guides, PR, etc.
• Engage with partners and our partner organization and create opportunities to work together to expand the reach and impact of our campaigns.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Experience in a Regional Marketing / Field Marketing role in a Enterprise B2B Organisation
• Highly collaborative & strong communicator
• Experience building programs in Marketo, and managing leads, campaigns, & reporting in Salesforce.
• Acute attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment with quick turnarounds and timelines
