The Regional Marketing Manager will lead strategy, planning and execution of all events and marketing activations for all brands in your respective region, with Marketing Manager’s support. Management of Strategic marketing direction of all the brands in the region, in coherence to Annual Business plan and management of all marketing objectives, strategies and philosophies on time in full; Conceptualization, creation, planning, execution, recapping and post-evaluation of marketing events and programs, managing athletes and ambassadors and integrate all the platforms, Motorsports / Action Sports/Gaming & Monster Girls for the Brand. Integration of marketing pillars into key sales initiatives to build brand awareness for Monster Energy Portfolio and guide the reporting team into seamless execution of these pillars.
Job Responsibilities:
Event Planning and Activation – Manage planning and execution all events at all levels, including grassroots,
sports & culture that are relevant to our key targeted consumers of Monster Energy and other brands with
Marketing Manager support. Activate & leverage global, national, regional events & properties that fit within
established regional market business plan -Leverage local media merchandising opportunities. Ensure that all
branding/ logo use is acceptable at least at all events and activations and is approved and under the direction
of the Director of Marketing.
Relationship development- Entrench yourself & Monster Energy Portfolio into local Sports & Culture relevant
to the brand and key targeted consumers. Entrench the Brand organically into relevant Sports, Gaming, Music
& Culture with the right associations and use these platforms to develop new insightful ideas that brings the
brand to life. Drive execution of all the ideas via Marketing Managers & Agencies.
Own and Drive the Monster & Predator Annual Sampling Program via Marketing Managers. Recruit
sampling teams for your respective region and guide Marketing Managers to Carry out large/Medium scale
event based product sampling operations. Train and Manage these sampling teams via Marketing managers
and ensure optimum sampling output for your region converting into right consumer recruitment into the brand.
Manage agencies and Regional budget to ensure right execution with right investment and
accountability. Ownership & Accountability of assigned Regional Budget for all brands/Activation
Pillars. Manage Monster Premia planning for the Region in co-ordination with Trade Marketing
Manage Athletes, Ambassadors and Partners so that they truly understand the Brand and inspire the TG with
the right messaging/content/organic integration. Drive brand awareness & engagement with amplification
through earned and paid media.
Social Media – Work with Digital manager on different digital led activities or promotions focussed towards
your region and develop Branded Content videos with Athletes / Ambassadors to support the Digital plan.
Annual Business planning (ABP) for the region, signed off with the Marketing Director and ensuring Quarterly
execution of plans seamlessly, in co-ordination with Reporting Marketing Managers.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor in Business or Marketing, with a Master degree if possible.
More than 7 years of experience in a Marketing position.
