Description
Informatica is currently looking for a Regional Marketing Manager, East with experience supporting and executing field marketing programs that meet sales pipeline & revenue goals to join our team in North America.
Job Summary
As the member of Informatica’s Regional Marketing team, you will be responsible for the flawless execution and delivery of regional marketing programs and activities that build demand and accelerate pipeline to support North America sales growth in the East Enterprise and Commercial regions. The Regional Marketing Manager, East reports to the Senior Manager, Regional Marketing, East and collaborates across the Marketing organization to launch campaigns and programs in a timely manner and within budget.
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for helping execute regional in-person and digital events, webinars, email campaigns, ABM activities and other marketing programs that build and accelerate pipeline for North America East accounts to achieve desired results and impact sales growth. In this role, you are data-driven and must be able to work, adapt and excel in a fluid, fast-paced environment. Working as the Regional Marketing Manager, you must be pro-active, have strong communication and collaboration skills, are detail-oriented and have the demonstrated ability to prioritize and track projects from concept to completion.
What You’ll Do
- Assist the Senior Manager, Regional Marketing to generate qualified sales leads using a mix of marketing programs, activities, and events.
- Work with the East sales organization on appropriate programs to territories across the region.
- Coordinate the execution of integrated, multi-channel regional marketing campaigns and programs. Field marketing activities and tactics include but are not limited to regional in-person, digital and hybrid events, ABM campaigns, seminars, roundtables, webinars, paid media and social campaigns.
- Generate qualified sales leads using a mix of marketing programs, activities, and events across a region/market.
- Develop and deliver weekly sales newsletter and other sales-related field marketing program announcements, updates, and reports.
- Leverage Marketo, Salesforce.com, PowerBI and other tools to track the success of each program.
- Submit, track, and coordinate all program deliverables to ensure they are executed on-time and within budget.
- Successfully work with Ecosystem, GSI and SI partners to grow the business, and ensure partners are involved in approximately 30% of the business.
Key Essentials
- BA/BS degree required in marketing, communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years functional experience.
- Proven ability in program development, direct (database) marketing and analysis, project management, and sales support
- Good working knowledge of Marketo, Salesforce, and PowerBI to track program success.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment, and exhibit excellent multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to facilitate meetings by utilizing effective presentation skills and be a liaison between internal/external teams and stakeholders.
- Willingness and ability to work independently and autonomously.
What Does Success Look Like?
Support the Senior Manager, Regional Marketing East to build, implement and execute regional marketing campaigns programs that help grow and accelerate East sales pipeline in North America to hit revenue targets and jump start pipeline to hit future sales targets.
Experience
- Experience working within an enterprise B2B software company.
- Working knowledge of ABM with the ability to execute and support 1:1 and 1:Few ABM integrated marketing campaigns with a modern marketing mix
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
