About the Position
The Regional Ecosystem Marketing Programs Manager is a motivated and results-driven professional ready to deliver innovative high-volume partner programs at scale. Your focus will be on scalability, optimizing efficiencies, and delivering business impact for both WatchGuard and our partner ecosystem. In this important role, you will coordinate and lead our Regional Ecosystem Marketing Programs, contributing to our sales growth through leading high volume of partners at scale.
A Day in the Life
No two days are ever the same in the life of a Regional Ecosystem Marketing Programs Manager. One day you could be focusing on building digital engagement engines to drive partner cross sell and up sell at scale, and the next you are looking to optimize your campaigns performance with A/B testing and metrics monitoring. In the morning, you spend the first hour or so reviewing the data generated by your high-volume partner programs and capturing key insights for improving performance and increasing engagement. You will be participating in meetings with internal teams including the global marketing team to share standard methodologies or the WatchGuard One team to understand resources and provide feedback and direction. You may close your day out on a call with a WatchGuard One team member brainstorming levers to increase WatchGuard partner engagement at scale.
Who You Are
You are an experienced marketing professional with at least 4 years of marketing or channel marketing experience. You have experience developing and implementing scalable marketing programs to manage a high volume of partners at scale. You excel in Digital Marketing and channel marketing. You are self-motivated, highly organized, detailed orientated and have a strong sense of accountability, collaboration, and passion. Your ability to establish relationships with peers, resellers and customers is second to none and your written, verbal and communication skills are one of your strong points. • Enhance Project and Program Management (PPM) capabilities for the North America field and partner ecosystem, implementing user-directed marketing programs that empower partners to scale their businesses and increase sales and cross-selling opportunities.

Marketing Insights and Enablement:
