Job description: About the Role:Join our dynamic team at a prestigious Real Estate Developer Office in Dubai as a Receptionist. We are looking for a professional, well-presented, and Arabic-speaking female candidate who will be the welcoming face of our organization, ensuring an exceptional customer experience for all clients and visitors.Key Responsibilities:✅ Greet clients, guests, and visitors in a warm, courteous, and professional manner✅ Answer and route incoming calls, manage emails, and handle general inquiries✅ Provide accurate information about the company’s projects and services✅ Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area✅ Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings✅ Handle document reception, mail distribution, and basic administrative support✅ Assist the sales and admin teams with day-to-day office coordination✅ Ensure front desk operations align with company standards and policiesRequirements:ð Female candidate (as per role requirements)ð Fluent in Arabic (verbal & written) – English proficiency is an advantageð¢ Minimum 2 years of reception or front desk experience in the UAE, preferably within the Real Estate / Developer sector✨ Presentable and professional appearance, with strong interpersonal skillsð¼ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipmentð Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentð¤ Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitudeWhat We Offer:ð° Competitive AED 6,000 monthly salaryð Career growth opportunities within a leading Real Estate Developerð️ Work in a modern office in a prime Dubai locationð Collaborative and professional team environment
