  • Actively generate new leads through cold calling, networking, online platforms, and real estate portals
  • Provide professional consultation to clients regarding property buying, selling, and leasing
  • Schedule and conduct property viewings, follow up with clients, and close deals effectively
  • Negotiate and draft contracts while ensuring compliance with UAE real estate laws and regulations
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and international investors
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to update property listings, launch campaigns, and participate in real estate exhibitions
  • Use CRM software daily to manage leads, property listings, and activity reports
  • Stay updated on off-plan and ready projects to present suitable options to potential buyers
  • Coordinate all legal processes and documentation with developers, DLD, and relevant authorities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales (1+ years preferred, but fresh candidates with strong motivation are welcome)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional demeanor
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
  • UAE driving license and own car (preferred but not mandatory)
  • RERA Certification is an advantage
