  • Generate and convert leads for both off-plan and secondary real estate
  • Conduct property viewings and virtual presentations for prospective buyers
  • Stay up to date with current launches, communities, and developer offerings
  • Advise clients on market trends, property comparisons, and investment strategies
  • Manage negotiations, offers, and complete sales cycles with full transparency
  • Ensure compliance with all RERA rules and internal company procedures
  • Use CRM tools to manage sales activities, client follow-ups, and documentation
  • Collaborate with marketing to support promotional campaigns and new listings

Ideal Profile

  • Proven experience in Dubai’s off-plan and secondary markets
  • Strong understanding of Dubai communities, developers, and real estate regulations
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • RERA knowledge and real estate license is preferred
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working both independently and in teams
