- Negotiate terms and contracts to secure the best possible outcome for your clients
- Promote listings through personalized campaigns, CRM tools, and supported marketing
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation complies with legal standards
- Stay updated on the Dubai real estate market and emerging opportunities
Ideal Profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate (mandatory)
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage
- RERA certification preferred
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
- Familiarity with CRM and digital marketing platforms
