From strategy to execution, you will own the vision and make it happen, working side by side with sales, product, marketing, operations, and pricing teams.This is not a theoretical or support role, it’s a hands-on leadership position where you’ll shape strategy, bring new ideas to life, and deliver tangible business outcomes.Location: You’ll report to a manager based in Paris and working with a colleague based in Sweden. You can work from one of our offices in Sweden, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo, Frankfurt, or Milan, with hybrid flexibility.What You’ll Do

  • Translate market insights and customer needs into a compelling value proposition with clear differentiation
  • Own the commercial strategy for your vertical, from shaping the roadmap to delivering results
  • Support country sales teams with best-in-class approaches, assets, and go-to-market support
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and execution across Sales, Product, Marketing, and other key teams
  • Monitor performance, track KPIs, and optimize based on results and feedback
  • Engage in your industry – attend events, build your network, and keep us ahead of the curve
  • Tell success stories – gathering testimonials and building proof points to reinforce our market position

About YouWe know that top candidates come from a range of backgrounds. You might be working in hospitality, consulting, in fintech, in a telco or digital business, but what matters most is your ability to think strategically, connect the dots, and get things done.You’re likely to thrive if you:

  • Have 8+ years of experience in commercial, product, proposition, or strategic roles
  • come with a background in hospitality technology, integrated hospitality payment solutions, PMS systems, strategy or management consulting, and/or relevant experience in the payments, telecommunications, or financial services industries
  • Are comfortable working end-to-end: from shaping a strategy to working through the operational details
  • Have experience in launching or scaling B2B products or propositions successfully
  • Possess strong analytical skills and can simplify complex ideas for different audiences
  • Know how to engage stakeholders, build consensus, and bring people along with your ideas
  • Are fluent in English and thrive in international, cross-cultural environments
