As the Project Manager – Design, you will oversee all aspects of design development, ensuring project deliverables meet strategic, technical, and regulatory standards. You will manage internal teams and external consultants, drive project timelines, and support senior leadership in executing Studio 360’s vision with efficiency and excellence.Key Responsibilities

• Oversee design packages through concept, preliminary, and detailed design phases
• Coordinate closely with architecture, ID, MEP, and structural teams
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, DCRs, and local authority standards
• Enforce QA/QC procedures and support team-wide adoption of design manuals and protocols
• Lead internal meetings and represent the design team in authority or consultant interactions
• Track project schedules, budgets, and variations to maintain health of each project
• Develop RFPs for consultants and manage procurement process for design services
• Provide guidance to junior staff and ensure workflow alignment with strategic goals
• Liaise with sales, marketing, and commercial teams to align design output with business needs
• Flag risks, delays, or quality issues to department heads and maintain continuous reporting
• Be available for critical deliverables even during off-hours or holidays

Job Requirements

• MSc or Bachelor\’s degree in Architecture; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus
• 15-20 years of experience in design/project management within a consultant, developer, or PMC environment
• Extensive knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks and design approval processes
• Strong skills in AutoCAD (2D/3D), Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, and MS Projects
• Proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary design coordination
• Fluent in English with strong communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
• UAE driving license and willingness to travel as required
