Reporting to the Head of Commercial Transformation, your role will be based in Hedehusene, Denmark. There will be travel activity in this role.What you will be doing:Business Opportunity Analysis: Analyse sales and marketing data, external reports, macroeconomic trends, and industry indicators to uncover business opportunities and provide insights that support the successful implementation of key projects.Project Leadership: Drive and manage diverse projects across public affairs, regulatory affairs, branding, marketing, and sales disciplines.Project Governance: Develop project plans, implement best-in-class project management tools, and facilitate the creation of efficient file structures and forums to enable transparency and collaboration.Progress Tracking: Monitor project progress against milestones, manage risks, and ensure timely, successful delivery within budget and scope.Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Align project objectives and deliverables with Group and local stakeholders while ensuring clear, consistent communication across all teams.Regulatory Implementation Support: Structure and support the company’s approach to key renovation regulation projects by establishing enhanced reporting, developing timelines and roadmaps, and setting up knowledge-sharing platforms.Commercial activation: Structure and support the development and execution of commercial activations.Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in project management standards and promote best practice sharing across regions and functions.What you bring:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Project Management or related field.3+ years’ experience managing cross-functional projects in a B2B, multinational environment—preferably within marketing, business development, sales, regulatory affairs or similar.Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to identifying business opportunities, using both internal data and external market insights to inform project decisions and drive success.Demonstrated experience leading complex projects with diverse stakeholder groups, ideally across matrix organisations.Proficiency with project management methodologies (Agile, Prince2, PMP, or equivalent), tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Projects, Planisware), and reporting best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English (other languages are a plus).Experience in the construction, building materials, or manufacturing sectors is an advantage.This is what we offerYou will be part of a company where we trust and empower you to grow both professionally and personally, and where we provide you with the opportunity to work with dedicated, fun and down-to earth colleagues.
