Job description: Our client is seeking an Project Manager to join their team in Australia. They provide a full range of SAP Concur consulting, implementation and other value-added services to multinational corporations through two entities in Greater China and Australia.They are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects while also taking ownership of marketing event execution, business development initiatives, and client engagement strategies. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, a flair for communication, and a passion for driving growth.Key Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and deliver internal and client-facing projects on time and within scope.
Lead cross-departmental collaboration between marketing, sales, and operations teams.
Track progress and report KPls to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure smooth projecl execution.
Design and implement solutions that align with business objectives and strategies
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for the system, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, partnerships, and networking.
Maintain and grow relationships with strategic partners and clients.
Plan and manage end-to-end execution of online and offline marketing events including webinars, trade shows, product launches, and networking sessions.
Measure event ROI and provide actionable insights for future campaigns.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field . 3-5 years of experience in project management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese . Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and project management
methodology.
Proven experience in driving and executing successful marketing campaigns or events is a plus.Preferred TraitsProactive, strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
A quick learner who is comfortable working in a cross-functional team and wearing multiple hats.

Expected salary: $80001 – 100000 per year
