Red Hat GCG MKT Team is looking for a Program Marketing Manager – Commercial & Channel Marketing Manager, TW to join us in Taiwan In this role, you will be responsible for planning the Commercial segment GTM and Channel MKT play in TW to drive awareness, consideration and acquisition that aligns to sales motions and partner plays. This role will have a split coverage of 70% focus on Commercial marketing and 30% focus on Channel marketing, reporting into HKTW marketing lead.
You will bring focus and energy as a point of consolidation and orchestration for Red Hat’s marketing investments to drive demand for the Commercial segment, together with the ecosystem business partners. This role requires you to drive cross-group collaboration to deliver a coherent, connected and effective marketing plan in TW & APAC.
In addition, you will lead cadence with business and marketing stakeholders/ leadership to provide clarity and drive alignment on marketing performance, priorities and marketing contribution. Your scope extends to engagements with lead management, market development, inside-sales and partner ecosystem stakeholders to ensure robust lead progression and funnel velocity that support the delivery of expected outcomes.
You are expected to straddle strategy and execution. To succeed in this role, you need to have the ability to distill priorities, and be exceptional at rallying cross-functional teams to deliver on expected outcomes.
