As an IT Service Deliver Manager, you will provide disaster recovery subject matter expertise, consulting and support for Disaster Recovery testing for infrastructure supported by Technical Operations, and leadership of Disaster Recovery technical staff.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

• Responsible for leadership, guidance and development for DR (disaster recovery) technical staff across diverse time zones
• Infrastructure planning for DR testing with DR plan owners, DR analysts, and Technical Operations support teams
• Technical infrastructure consulting for disaster recovery plans with plan owners, DR analysts and Technical Operations support teams
• Level 3 Disaster Recovery support to Technical Operations staff as needed
• Participate in planning and testing DR solutions including pre-positioning, configuration, and provisioning of technical operations supported infrastructure
• Pre-test preparation and backup verification including system builds, backup data preparation, scheduling/verification of non-production backups and management of external media when required
• Maintain and manage DR related infrastructure at Technical Operations supported recovery sites including system scrub and the release back into the infrastructure testing pool, non-Prod environments, or vendor inventory
• Provide Disaster Recovery expertise in multiple technologies
• Review and approve Solutions Design DR requests
• Create and manage tools, utilities and automation required to support DR infrastructure services
• Own infrastructure related DR documentation, processes and guidelines
• Integrate DR solutions with related Technical Operations supported infrastructure solutions to ensure consistency and effectiveness

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience with disaster recovery solutions and processes
• Windows and/or Linux server administration experience
• Experience with Storage Area Networking/Network Attached Storage (NAS) and backup/recovery solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• Certification in Windows, Linux, Storage Area Networking (SAN), or backup/recovery solutions
• Strong problem resolution skills
• Ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work in a multi-national environment
