Premise offers a wide range of dynamic, purpose-driven career opportunities. We are currently looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to join our team in Brentwood, TN. This position requires this individual to be in office 2 times per week.

About the role:

Our growing marketing and communications team is seeking a high-performing Product Marketing Specialist who will play a critical role in driving the success of our products by developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies. This person will be responsible for understanding a set of products inside and out, identifying target audiences, and crafting compelling marketing campaigns that resonate with customers.

Under the guidance of the Product Marketing Manager, this person will support organizational growth by creating product messaging and materials that interest, inform, and engage current and prospective clients. This position requires the ability to think strategically, in addition to a high level of tactical coordination and communication across various stakeholders. The ideal candidate is extremely organized, loves to learn, and is a resourceful self-starter.

Job Requirements:

  • Owns marketing strategies that build awareness and drive revenue for a designated portfolio of products
  • Develops clear and effective product positioning and messaging for B2B audiences that differentiates our products in the market
  • Conducts in-depth market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends to inform product marketing strategies
  • Owns day-to-day development and maintenance of owned product marketing projects and materials, maintaining next steps across various workstreams and stakeholders
  • Creates engaging marketing content, including product collateral, web content, case studies, and sales enablement materials (presentations, sales slicks, eBooks, blogs, social posts, infographics, etc.)
  • Plans and executes integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, social media, email, events, and more
  • Collaborates with various departments across the organization (sales, clinical, operations, growth and development, etc.) to scale product information and successfully execute go-to-market strategies for product launches and updates
  • Gathers feedback from customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to continuously improve product marketing strategies and product offerings
  • Adheres to product marketing framework and collateral development processes to ensure consistency across products
  • Leads meetings with key stakeholders to share product marketing plans, gather feedback, and gain internal alignment
  • Works with graphic designer to visualize assets that support and augment the product message across internal and external channels
  • Partners with digital team to optimize online content, execute new and existing business campaigns, and track performance for ongoing improvement
  • Collaborates with internal communications team to share new or updated product features, assets, etc. with internal stakeholders
  • Serves as liaison and subject matter expert to other internal departments regarding product marketing initiatives
  • Stays up to date with competitors, industry news, and emerging trends as they relate to the Premise Health brand, products, and direct healthcare industry 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, journalism, adverting, or related field

Experience:

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience required
  • B2B marketing background preferred
  • History working on or with sales, business development, or growth teams a plus

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market segmentation, positioning, and messaging
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint and Word
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics (HubSpot and/or Salesforce)
  • Self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • High attention to detail, organized, and strong project management skills
  • Results-driven with a focus on achieving KPIs and goals
  • Crystal clear communication, both written and oral
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is helpful but not required
  • Ability to provide examples of prior professional work or writing samples
