WHAT YOU WILL DO

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey in the world of connected engineering? If you’re a marketing professional with engineering background, we invite you to join efforts with our innovative marketing squad as a Product Marketing Manager. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of connected engineering solutions and drive our products to new heights in the market. 

How a week at Synera could look like:

• Monday: You join the weekly Marketing meeting to sync on tasks. You develop messaging of product releases by liaising with the R&D Team, to understand which features are being developed and why.
• Tuesday: You get a case study from one of our clients and you turn it into a sales enablement asset. You collaborate with Andrew in a partner management project.
• Wednesday: Together with the Sales and Customer Success team you facilitate product feedback research to evolve our customer and user personas.
• Thursday: You work on a storyboard for the next video. You develop a persuasive presentation for an executive briefing.
• Friday: Together with one of our founders and our Social Media Expert Jaime you script and plan the upcoming webinar.

In the first 3-4 months, you will…

• Learn and understand our software in depth.
• Draft a whitepaper on one of our hot topics such as injection molding.
• Continue our product marketing strategy by adding your creative ideas.

Within the first 6 to 12 months, you will…

• Become our go-to tech marketing subject matter expert.
• Develop messaging guidelines & our positioning to see sales succeed by helping to turn leads into customers.
• Support our sales team so that we clearly see the positive impact in sales cycle velocity and deals winning.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

• You have solid product marketing knowledge that helps us and our tool to shine on the market.
• You have gained experience at B2B engineering companies working on CAE tools.
• Your excellent English helps you to communicate effectively and to draft content in a sophisticated and authentic way.
• Sprichst du auch Deutsch? Super!
• You translate complex technical features and concepts via real-life scenarios and use cases, into clear, compelling, and memorable stories.
• You synthesize fragments of information and data from various sources.
• You bring together different stakeholders with a proactive mindset.
• You have a clear and to-the-point communication style.
