Product Marketing Manager, Creator Marketing

About the Team The Creator Marketing Team delivers best-in-class campaigns and events that drive product awareness, adoption, and amplify key creator narratives. This team plays a vital role in strengthening TikTok’s position as a trusted partner for creators, empowering them with tools, guidance, product information, and inspiration to elevate their content and experiences. About The Role We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to support TikTok’s Creator Marketing team to oversee GTM strategy and execution for product priorities. This candidate will be responsible for developing product marketing campaigns, GTM plans, and operational frameworks that elevate TikTok’s global creator presence and drive full-funnel product adoption. This position requires a hybrid work schedule, with employees working in the office three days per week or as directed by management. Responsibilities – Develop and execute global product marketing programs, campaigns, and activations that drive perception and behavioral outcomes—ensuring each initiative drives measurable impact and global relevance. – Oversee on and off-platform campaigns from brief, creative development, media plan, campaign execution, to post-campaign measurement and insights to drive perception and behavioral outcomes. – Develop and deliver GTM strategies, messaging frameworks, narratives and value-props backed by data, insights, and research. – Project manage global product marketing operations and SOPs. Identify opportunities to improve and optimize operational excellence to increase speed to market and drive alignment with cross-functional partners. – Develop playbooks, toolkits, product marketing processes and frameworks to guide regional teams in executing standardized, scalable marketing programs—ensuring consistency while allowing for local adaptation. – Build strong partnerships with internal teams (Marketing, Content, Product, Legal, Comms, Procurement, Sales, etc) and external stakeholders to ensure flawless execution and alignment with broader company objectives. – Drive strong collaboration between regional teams and provide strategic consultation and guidance on local campaign and product marketing executions. Create forums for ongoing dialogue and knowledge-sharing across regions.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications – 5+ years product marketing, GTM implementation, and full-funnel campaign development – BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. – Proven track record of leading complex, global marketing initiatives with cross-functional and regional teams. Preferred Qualifications – Deep operational expertise, including developing 0-1 global processes, project management, budget management, resource prioritization, and stakeholder alignment. – Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and manage ambiguity across global teams. – Experience working directly with creators and industry stakeholders to craft authentic and impactful experiences and campaigns.
