Your mission: connect our solution with the right audiences by deeply understanding customer needs, market trends, and the ever-evolving technology landscape.You’ll work globally, cross-functionally, and collaboratively, partnering closely with Product Management, Sales, Customer Insights, and fellow Product Marketers across Milestone’s portfolio.This is a high-impact, strategic role with broad visibility and the opportunity to shape the future of video analytics.Your Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Positioning & Go-to-Market

• Define and execute data-driven go-to-market strategies aligned with business goals.
• Craft compelling messaging, value propositions, and use-case narratives tailored to industry segments, highlighting the value of video analytics.
• Identify and prioritize Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for targeted marketing efforts.

Sales Enablement

• Design and deliver effective sales enablement resources, training, and strategies to empower global sales teams.
• Leverage Solution Selling frameworks to synchronize marketing content with the customer journey, ensuring value-based sales conversations.
• Iterate strategies based on sales feedback and evolving market demands.

Market Analysis & Strategy

• Leverage customer insights and competitive intelligence to shape marketing and product strategies.
• Support strategic decision-making through data, analytics, and ongoing market research.
• Collaborate with Product Management on roadmap planning and new feature positioning.

Product Launch Management

• Lead cross-functional teams through successful product and feature launches.
• Develop detailed launch plans with clear KPIs, timelines, and communication strategies.
• Track and analyze launch performance to drive continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with regional marketing teams to ensure global consistency and local relevance.
• Align messaging and priorities across departments including Sales, Product, and Global Marketing.
• Act as a liaison and champion for BriefCam within Milestone.

Your Experience

• 5+ years in product marketing, preferably in enterprise B2B technology or analytics.
• Proven track record in go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, and product positioning.
• Familiarity with video analytics, AI, or adjacent technologies is a strong plus.
• Experience operating in a global matrix organization is desirable.
