Humanscale, the leading global ergonomic product design and manufacturing company headquartered in New York City, is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to become a member of the international marketing team reporting to the Brand Director (who is located in the UK). The role will be responsible for planning and implementing the international product marketing strategy designed to increase sales, brand exposure and market share across our key channels of Commercial, Retail Distribution and DTC eCommerce.
Candidates should be mature, positive, and work well independently, as well as within a team environment. This is an important role in driving strategic planning, overseeing product workstreams through superior project management, and leading a positive marketing team environment, by setting an example for the pace and quality of work. Candidates should be a driving force for the continual evolution of the Humanscale brand & product portfolio in key countries in the international division, these include UK, France, Germany, Middle East, China, Hong Kong, Korea, Singapore, Australia, Malaysia & India
Planning
Product Marketing Strategy: Work closely with key stakeholders, such as HQ product teams & Country Sales teams, to develop a comprehensive product marketing strategy that is aligned to the overall business strategy, plus lead the implementation through product brand and customer initiatives. This will require an innovative approach and the ability to leverage resources & budget, to effectively maximise ROI and generate a step change in brand & customer impact.
Market Insight: Enable market, channel, customer, and consumer insight to predict or anticipate and guide marketing activity and product launches in pursuit of driving sales growth.
Execution
Project Management: Serves as a highly organised and detail-driven project manager who can work cross-category, cross-channel and cross-functionally for the success of global & regional product launches & initiatives. Partners with country & channel leads, product development, product management & marketing to ensure successful, impactful & powerful product launches, on time and in full.
Relationship Management
Stakeholder Management: Stakeholder management across the wider Humanscale global & international business is essential in ensuring a share of voice for the key international markets. Critical relationships include Head Office based Brand and Product Marketing (inc. Marketing Ops, Showroom experience, Digital Services and Art Department) and peers from other key international markets. Responsible for driving cross-functional strategic alignment and ensuring that channel and functional teams execute the product marketing strategy successfully and flawlessly.
Organisational Engagement: Ensure product marketing has a positive influence across other business functions to align employees with the organisational goals and the customer experience at all touch points including legal, customer services and finance.
Local & Regional Support: Support the launch of products in key countries, liaising with regional and local sales and HQ in order to develop implementation plans including certifications, product information & data (PIM), training, asset support, customer liaison and execution of integrated campaigns.

Key to this role is the ability to inspire, motivate and persuade internal and external stakeholders, this includes external agencies and vendor partners. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills are key traits.
Change Management Skills: Particularly skillful in leading culture shifts in moving towards a ‘marketing led, sales driven’ culture
