Are you ready to be part of our growth journey? The Product Management team have an opening for a creative, astute and highly organized individual who is passionate about marketing communications, with a keen desire to develop campaigns that influence our growth strategy.

Impactful communication initiatives and supporting tools are a key pillar of our commercial strategy, the successful candidate will work closely with the Product Managers to tailor targeted communication tools around our chosen packaging product-market categories. This position supports the successful implementation of product strategies, which work towards supporting our journey to promote circularity, enhance profitability and accelerate growth.

Qualifications

Experience & skills required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Brand Management
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management in marketing communications, content management or digital marketing (ideally within the Packaging or a B-2-B environment)
  • Experience and proven results in creation, deployment and management of marketing campaigns within a corporate identity framework
  • Demonstrated ability to lead successful B-2-B marketing initiatives, driving the implementation of strategic product plans, influencing cross-functional teams in a matrix organisation
  • Ability to create inspiring messages that resonate with the target audience and address their needs. Exceptional storytelling, writing, proof-reading and messaging skills required, combined with strong customer, consumer and product awareness
  • Excellent PowerPoint & presentation skills are essential. Design experience (Photoshop/Illustrator) is required
  • Experience in interpreting and adapting branding guidelines to ensure consistency of company’s voice, tone and visual identity
  • A highly organized, self-starter who works well in a fast-paced, dynamic, matrix environment. Accustomed to working to deadlines and under pressure
  • Excellent project management experience necessary. Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. Strong planning skills are required
  • A keen eye for detail with a strong focus on accuracy is essential
  • Collaborative work style, team player and strategic relationship builder
  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Fluency in English is required

Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the tactical planning of local marketing communications activities in coordination with the Product Management team, and the local execution of globally driven campaigns
  • Support the Product Management team by crafting, deploying and executing engaging communication material, campaigns and sales support tool content that drive interest in our products and services, generate leads for the commercial team and direct quality traffic to the company’s website product catalogue
  • Encompassing print & digital media including working with the global marketing creative team to deliver impactful social media content as well as new product launch support, sales collateral development, internal communications, etc.
  • Working cross-functionally across a set of internal & external stakeholders (Product Management, Global Marketing and global in-house creative team, Innovation, Sales, PR agencies and writers, etc.) to create engaging written, graphic and video content as well as physical promotional materials
  • Responsible for managing divisional approvals and proofing of materials prior to launch, as well as coordinating interactions with global marketing for given product range
  • Assist with implementation of new digital marketing tools. Suggest & support implementation of new marketing methods to drive profitability. Implement SEO best practices and collaborate with internal partners on strategy deployment
