As a Product Development CAD Designer, you will play a key role in bringing new product ideas in the commercial fit-out segment to life. From concept to prototype, you’ll collaborate across teams to develop innovative systems that differentiate CSR in the market and meet evolving customer needs.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative product and system solutions to secure IP and market share.
• Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams using agile project methods.
• Create 2D and 3D CAD/BIM models for concept development, prototyping, and tooling.
• Support the creation of technical and marketing materials, product specs, and samples.
• Coordinate and conduct product prototyping, testing, and validation.
• Contribute to colour and texture development for new products.
• Monitor competitor, market, and regulatory trends to inform innovation planning.
• Ensure compliance with WHSE standards and internal governance.

About You:

• Qualified Industrial Designer with 3+ years’ experience in product development.
• Strong project management and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in CAD and 3D modelling (SolidWorks or Fusion 360 preferred).
• Experience with 3D printing, rapid prototyping, and digital analysis (e.g., FEA) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
