Whether you’re in the paddock, on the grid, or deep in post, you know how to keep pace with the fast-moving world of racing and bring stories to life that resonate with fans and brands alike.You’ll oversee motorsport productions from live-action shoots to social edits, blending creative instinct with logistical control in some of the world’s most high-pressure environments.Requirements

• Manage Motorsport Productions: Manage the full scope of motorsport shoots, from pre-race planning to post-race wrap-ups, ensuring content delivery under tight, event-driven timelines.
• Capture the Thrill: Produce dynamic content that reflects the adrenaline and emotion of racing – from short-form reels to campaign-level storytelling.
• Navigate Complex Environments: Coordinate crews, gear, credentials, and safety protocols across high-intensity locations like circuits, pit lanes, and paddocks.
• Align Creative with Culture: Collaborate with creatives, clients, and partners to shape narratives that reflect the spirit of motorsport and the values of each brand.
• Manage Agile Workflows: Adapt quickly to changing conditions on the ground, pivoting plans while maintaining quality and consistency across deliverables.
• Oversee Post-Production: Guide editing, sound, and finishing to deliver polished, high-impact content that meets LOOP’s visual standards and motorsport’s pace.
• Stay Immersed in the Scene: Bring a genuine passion for motorsport from grassroots racing to global series and keep content tuned to what fans care about now.
