We’re looking for President-Marketing to accelerate our Marketing Strategies. You will be responsible for identifying, analyzing, recommending, and Implementing product marketing, corporate marketing and performance marketing decisions.
A Day in the Life
Working with our senior leadership and sales teams, you will define and build a marketing program that supports our goals and drive the entire channel process.
Develop and strengthen brand equity
Further, develop content marketing and distribution strategy to best position the company as a market leader
Establish and ensure consistent representation of the company’s brand across all external channels
Develop strategies for and oversee all corporate communications, including press/media, website, print/digital advertising and collateral materials, content marketing, SEO, e-mail and a growing presence in social media
Develop Customer Retention strategies
Grow pipeline and customer funnel by creating, executing and leading the demand generation strategy across every stage of the user’s journey with clear goals, objectives, strategies, and tactics
Manage various Marketing Channels – SEM, SEO, Affiliates, Email, Display, Social, Blogs, etc.
Build out customer life-cycle and identify opportunities for growth and optimization
This is a roll up your sleeves position, immersing yourself directly in the build of the program, not just the strategy and roadmap.
Lead, coach and develop a team of 100+ marketing, demand generation,brand, communications, and social media professionals, along with the global brand, creative and communications agencies
What You Need
MBA degree in Marketing.
12-15 + years of experience in the Marketing field
Marketing, sales and/or alliance development experience.
Experience of managing distributed team
Good to have experience and a deep understanding of US Healthcare (Value-Based Care/ Population Health Management).
Demonstrated experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams including direct and channel marketing, sales teams, product management, and account management teams
Great work ethic and proven team-building skills.
Exceptional communications skills – both written and verbal
Ability to develop and present complex building product marketing roadmaps, contributing towards CARR
You must also be a leader, as you will be building a marketing team, but always stay hands-on.
You will start with managing and cultivating our current marketing team and adding new resources as the program expands and grows.
