This fantastic GP clinic in Brisbane’s inner-city is on the lookout for a strong Practice Manager to step in and take the reins of an already well run, high performing team. With seven GPs, a small team of experienced nurses and admin, and a loyal patient base, this clinic continues to punch well above its weight when it comes to quality care and service.Backed by an incredibly well resourced national group, the clinic has the systems and support in place to make your life easier; Think HR, finance, marketing and operations all handled behind the scenes, so you can focus on leading the team and keeping things running smoothly day-to-day!This role calls out to great professionals who knows their way around the ins and outs of GP clinics, enjoys being on the floor with the team, and has a strong understanding of what it takes to keep both patients and staff happy. If you are an experienced practice manager who has great experience with Best Practice, loves patient interaction and leading a buzzing team – this role is for you!WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous Practice Manager experience in a GP practice is a MUST
• Proven track record of leading reputable clinics
• High efficiency with Best Practice software
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Flexible, adaptable and innovative
