We’re seeking a skilled Portfolio Marketing Lead to be the vital link between marketing and our Work division portfolios, ensuring marketing strategies align tightly with service delivery and business goals.About the RoleThis role holds full accountability for the marketing performance of the Work division portfolios-Business Solutions and Inclusive Employment. You will work closely with portfolio stakeholders to deeply understand their unique needs and priorities, translating them into clear, targeted marketing strategies and campaigns that deliver measurable growth, engagement, and participant outcomes.You’ll serve as the primary marketing liaison for these portfolios, fostering strong collaboration across teams and ensuring marketing activities drive lead generation, participant placements, and revenue attribution. Your leadership will ensure all marketing initiatives balance commercial objectives with social impact.Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across Business Solutions and Inclusive Employment.
- Translate portfolio priorities and business needs into actionable marketing strategies and clear briefs for the marketing team.
- Own portfolio marketing performance-oversee campaign delivery, measure impact, and recommend optimisations.
- Manage integrated marketing activities including digital, content, social media, email campaigns, and event promotion tailored to each portfolio’s audience.
- Provide regular, transparent reporting on campaign results, lead generation, participant outcomes, and ROI.
- Balance the nuances of commercial B2B marketing with participant-centred approaches aligned to NDIS frameworks.
- Support cross-portfolio and organisational marketing initiatives to maximise impact and resource efficiency.
What You’ll Bring
- 4-6+ years’ experience leading marketing strategy and execution across complex or diverse portfolios, preferably in B2B environments.
- Proven ability to work closely with stakeholders, translate needs into marketing plans, and deliver measurable results.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing, content creation, social media, events, and campaign management.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience using GA4, CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot and Salesforce preferred).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to align diverse teams and influence stakeholders.
- Understanding of NDIS, disability employment, or community services is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
