We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Portfolio Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

This is a hybrid position based in New Jersey. A hybrid position will require certain job duties to be performed in one of CohnReznick’s New Jersey office locations but will also have significant remote work opportunities.

YOUR TEAM.

Join a team of creative and committed marketing and business development professionals responsible for creating and executing the marketing strategy that helps drive our growth in key industry verticals. Data-driven and impact focused, we’ll help the firm reach new heights in markets such as affordable housing, healthcare, renewable energy, and technology.

YOUR ROLE.

CohnReznick is looking for an enthusiastic individual that wants to apply their creative thinking and project coordination skills to help execute marketing activities that elevate the brand, promote our thought leaders, engage our targets, and supports lead generation. Reporting to the Portfolio Marketing Director, the Marketing Coordinator will learn many of the marketing skills desired in professional services marketing including market research, sponsorship coordination, marketing communications, content marketing, and results reporting. Successful candidates will have a curiosity and passion for developing their marketing skill set and demonstrated project coordination and organization skills.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Work with the portfolio marketing team to support marketing programs that drive awareness and lead generation including market research, digital marketing, sponsorship and event marketing, content marketing and referral marketing initiatives.
  • Assist the portfolio marketing team in maintain project plans and calendars as well as tracking deliverables for marketing campaigns.
  • Support internal marketing efforts to engage teams to support campaign activities, including driving engagement on social media.
  • Utilize our Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to provide marketing and sales collateral to industry verticals.
  • Use CRM and other tools to execute and analyze the results of marketing programs.
  • Assist the portfolio marketing team with program and activity results reporting.
  • Support marketing budget management.

YOUR EXPERIENCE.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 2+ years of work experience; professional services marketing experience preferred, accounting or consulting firm experience an extra plus.
  • Undergraduate degree with a focus in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Understanding of professional services marketing approaches.
  • Strong project coordination and critical thinking skills with the proven ability to balance multiple priorities with a close attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with an inquisitive mindset and the demonstrated ability to work confidently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A team player who can collaborates effectively with marketing and client service professionals at all levels of the organization.
  • Superior Microsoft Office skills; familiarity with CRM, Microsoft Teams, Marketing Automation, and Marketing Project Management (e.g., Marketo, Microsoft Dynamics, Workfront) a plus.
