Plot Sales Fee Earner/Solicitor/CILEx/Non-Qualified

A fantastic opportunity to join a Legal 500 Law firm has arisen within the centre of Liverpool. My client is looking for an experienced Solicitor/Fee Earner/CILEX/Non-qualified (if non-qualified good experience is required) to deal with a plot sales case load.

Duties to include:

• Supervising an assistant
• Responsible to preparation of legal/contract packs
• Sending out contracts, leases, and property management agreements
• Dealing with development enquiries
• Liaising with sales agents and clients
• Reporting to clients on the progress of developments
• Good management of developments from start to finish
• Reporting to the Partners in the Commercial Property Team
• Experience of Word and Excel essential
• Experience of Proclaim an advantage
• Must possess good English and Maths ability
• Must be highly organised, proactive, able to work quickly with a very high degree of accuracy
