Job description: Job Category: MarketingJob Description:The purpose of this role is to successfully capture professional images shot on and off-models using the best knowledge of lighting techniques for events / product shooting standard.Key Responsibilities

• Professional knowledge of lighting setup for different type of sets.
• Plan and execute photo shoots for products, events, and campaigns.
• Preparation of prop and any other specification before each shoot to ensure quality shooting.
• Maintain and work according to the shooting guideline manuals.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams on creative direction
• Work closely with the Studio Manager to maximize the quantity of products shoot and minimize the retouching process.
• Working knowledge of one of the following software’s (Capture one, Lightroom)
• Liaise with the Retouches to ensure that that the color, contrast, exposure is accurate during the image editing phase.
• Organize and manage photo files and archives
• Staying current with the new lighting techniques, photography technology and ways to make the shooting more efficient.
• Shoot short videos when required (optional but preferred)

Role Requirements

• Proficiency in using DSLR/mirrorless cameras and lighting equipment
• Skilled in photo editing software (Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.)
• Basic video shooting and editing skills (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible to shoot in studio and on location
