As a key member of a top-performing team, you’ll bring a proactive mindset, exceptional organisational skills and a “can-do” attitude.In this pivotal role, you’ll take ownership of a broad range of responsibilities, providing high-level support that contributes directly to the success of the team and wider business.

  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and tender submissions.
  • Support agents in meeting tight deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and create materials using InDesign, Canva, and PowerPoint.
  • Manage meeting logistics, including agendas, action items, and minutes.
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and expense claims.
  • Maintain CRM, electronic filing systems, and databases with precision.

QualificationsTo meet the challenge of this busy role, you will bring the following skills and experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, preferably within the Real Estate or Property sector.
  • Experience using Canva and Adobe Indesign is highly desirable.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong time management and ability to multi-task.
  • Professional communication skills.
  • Proactive in supporting and adding value to the team.
