The Performance Media Director is responsible for leading the performance media team to build, optimise and drive the success of UMA’s digital media campaigns, with a focus on both artist promotion and media buying for eCommerce campaigns. The role involves utilising a variety of innovative media buying techniques to effectively promote artists and drive eCommerce performance.We are looking for an individual who has a deep interest in music, a passion for digital media buying and is a dynamic problem-solver with a sound understanding of the ever-changing digital mediascape. The ideal candidate should be confident in stakeholder management, skilled in leveraging data and content to inform planning, buying, and overall campaign strategy across both artist promotion and their eCommerce initiatives to achieve maximum impact.
