Alongside our Head of Performance Marketing, you’ll lead the performance marketing strategy elements of pitches, translate client briefs into compelling performance marketing solutions and plans. You will lead the delivery of an agile team of expert performance marketing consultants based in UK with additional support in US and India.What You’ll Be Doing

  • Act as a senior subject matter expert in performance marketing (with a focus on SEO and Paid Media), providing strategic expertise to support the Account teams in winning new business and expanding existing client relationships within our Corporate Communications client base.
  • Play a critical role in new business pitches and current client growth opportunities by contributing high-impact SEO and Paid Media strategies grounded in data and performance insights.
  • Collaborate closely with the Account teams to understand business objectives, audience needs, and market dynamics, crafting tailored digital strategies that address client pain points and goals.
  • Lead the development of channel-specific strategies and recommendations for inclusion in proposals, pitch decks, and RFP responses.
  • Translate performance data, competitive insights, and technical considerations into compelling and easy-to-understand narratives that strengthen the credibility of Sales conversations.
  • Educate internal teams, clients and prospects on performance marketing, empowering them to make informed decisions and elevating the quality of strategic conversations.
  • Communicate agreed-upon campaign actions to freelance or contractor support, ensuring clear execution and tracking of SEO and Paid Media efforts in line with client expectations.

About You

  • Previous experience in a technical performance marketing role, with a strong emphasis on SEO; Paid Media experience is a plus
  • Proven experience in an agency environment, ideally working across multiple verticals and global markets
  • Deep understanding of the technical foundations of SEO, as well as the strategic application of performance marketing to drive business results
  • Ability to develop and communicate compelling, data-backed strategies for both new business and existing clients
  • A confident and engaging presenter, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Clear, concise communicator—both written and verbal—with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable operating as an individual contributor while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales and channel specialists
  • Global perspective with experience working on international or multi-market campaigns
