PERFORMANCE MARKETING EXECUTIVE

WHERE DOES THIS ROLE FIT WITHIN TED’S TEAM?
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to work as part of our global Performance Marketing team in Central London. The candidate must demonstrate some understanding of digital marketing channels, such as paid search, paid social or affiliate marketing. Your role will be to support a channel lead to set up, optimise and evaluate campaigns. You will also work closely with internal stakeholders, across our trade, CRM, brand and creative teams and you will be a key contact for our external agency partners.

We have some extremely talented digital marketing specialists on our team to train you and bring your digital marketing skills to the leading edge.
Reporting to: Performance Marketing Lead (PPC, Search, Paid Social, Affiliate, Partnerships etc.)
Main Responsibilities
- Build, optimise and evaluate paid advertising campaigns across key digital marketing channels, such as paid search, paid social or affiliates.
- Optimisation and budget management on spend and campaign performance metrics.
- Plan and brief in all seasonal launch, promotional and weekly campaigns to design/copy team for the required markets.
- Delivering post-campaign analysis using both the media reports and the analytics solutions.
- Testing new formats and new ways of buying media – driving channel performance with a test and learn approach.
- Staying up to date with developments in digital marketing and making recommendation to drive Ted forward.
- Assisting with raising POs and handling of invoices
- Delivering post-campaign analysis using both media platform data and analytics solutions and providing weekly and periodical performance reporting
- Leading the communications flow between internal and external teams
- Working with the Head of Performance Marketing and other team members to deliver the business strategy
TOOLS OF THE TRADE
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Educated to degree level
- Some previous experience with marketing and digital marketing preferred
- An interest in the fashion/beauty/luxury industries
