If you’re passionate about making data meaningful and want to influence real-world outcomes, this is your chance to make an impact.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain advanced dashboards and data models using Power BI and ExcelAnalyze large datasets across market, sales, medical, and performance metricsLead data governance and ensure integration across platforms and sourcesTranslate complex data into clear KPIs and visual insights for stakeholdersAct as a trusted analytics advisor to Commercial Excellence & Insight Managers to support brand and market performance decisionsEssential RequirementsBachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Business Analytics, Life Sciences, Economics, or related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in data analysis and dashboard development in a commercial or pharmaceutical settingAdvanced proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, data modeling, and interactive visual designStrong business acumen with the ability to link analytics to brand strategy and customer behaviorSelf-starter with attention to detail and ability to manage ambiguity and multiple data sourcesFluent in both Czech and EnglishDesirable RequirementsExperience working in pharmaceutical companiesFamiliarity with AI-enhanced analytics tools or predictive modeling techniquesYou’ll receive:
