Kalundborg, DenmarkEmbrace a unique leadership opportunity at Novo Nordisk’s new Purification Plant V (PPV), where you’ll guide a dedicated team, advance modern production processes, and help shape the future of biomanufacturing built on decades of expertise.Your new roleAs we begin production in our brand-new facility, PPV, your primary responsibility as Manager for Process Support will be to lead a skilled team of 15-20 professionals and technicians. You will focus on employee development, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products, and driving operational excellence.In this role, decision-making responsibility spans a broad range of areas. You will also foster collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and innovation as we tackle new challenges together.Day-to-day your tasks will include:
– Ensuring compliance with goals, policies, and standards.
– Implementing and maintaining LEAN principles across the area.
– Supporting and contributing to a positive working environment.
– Driving harmonization across departments to deliver high business value.
– Overseeing activities to meet cGMP standards.Your new departmentYou will be joining the Purification Plant V (PPV) Production Support team in Kalundborg, Denmark-a dynamic and growing department with approximately 50 colleagues organized into several collaborative teams.As part of this exciting new facility, your team will play a critical role in handling Raw Materials and Stock Solutions (RMS) and managing Consumable Utilities (CU) systems such as purified water, process air, nitrogen, ethanol, acids, and alkalis. These utilities and materials are essential to supporting Novo Nordisk’s innovative manufacturing processes.The work you do here will contribute to producing high-quality Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs)-the therapeutic components of medicines-helping to shape the future of Novo Nordisk’s product portfolio and support its commitment to global social responsibility.Your skills & qualificationsWe’re seeking a process leader with the ability to inspire teamwork, drive performance, and manage quality effectively. You’ll bring with you:
– A degree in Natural Sciences and experience from the pharmaceutical or related production industries.
– Knowledge and experience in quality control and management systems.
– Familiarity with GMP regulations and LEAN principles.
– Approximately five years of experience in a leadership capacity.
