Job description: Role: Pega CDH – Senior System Architect/ Lead System Architect· Pega CSSA Certification and Pega Decisioning Consultant· Experience in Pega CDH 8.X or higher versions and NBAD framework.· Hands-on experience with Pega CDH components like ADM, DSM, Value Finder, Customer Profiler, etc.· Proficiency in SQL, JSON, real-time decisioning, and object-oriented programming principles.· Design and configure core decisioning logic using Pega CDH, including rules, propositions, treatments, and decision data flows.· Manage the end-to-end delivery of Pega CDH solutions in Agile environments.· Good understanding and experience in Client Server applications, Digital applications, and Business Functions· Designing and implementing REST API, Kafka and FTP based integrations· Strong analytical skills with the ability to summarize data into actionable insights.· Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.· Designing in alignment with Clients Business objectiveGood to have skills:

• Pega Lead system architect.

• Knowledge in externalisation of Cassandra , KAFKA, Elastic search

• Familiarity with DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation.

• Knowledge of emerging trends in marketing automation and hyper-personalization.
