Partner Marketing Director

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and strategic Partner Marketing Director to expanding engagement with stakeholders in existing Dynamics partners and recruiting new cohorts in Modern Workplace and Business Central through partner marketing initiatives. Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in developing and executing effective omni-channel partner marketing strategies and a strong background in the Microsoft ecosystem. The responsibilities include developing and executing partner focused marketing campaigns, programs, and communications with agency resources and internal partners and by working closely with the cross functional go to market team to align market opportunity with internal and external communications organization wide.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partner marketing strategy to retain and expand partner accounts and influence partner demand generation for products to support revenue goals including:
  • Increase Partner Retention & Engagement
  • Increase Partner co-marketing demand generation
  • Increase number of engaged partners in program
  • Develop, manage & execute omni channel marketing campaigns aligning channels and content effectively to achieve business goals
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing, Enablement, Business Development and Success teams to create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, webinars, and events
  • Develop partner retention, onboarding and advocacy programs that encourage partners to share their success stories, provide testimonials, and promote ClickDimensions products and services
  • Monitor and analyze partner engagement metrics, feedback, and sentiment to refine partner marketing strategies and tactics for continuous improvement
  • Own the end-to-end planning and execution of partner events, conferences, and webinars, fostering opportunities for partner education, networking, and relationship-building
  • Collaborate with the product marketing & enablement teams to understand market opportunity, segments and messaging to create compelling content campaigns and leverage across channels and with sales resources
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in partner marketing, marketing automation, and sales engagement to drive innovation within the organization.
  • Oversee production and execution of content to support marketing programs, including writing email copy, online ads, social media and blog posts, and whitepapers
  • Analyze lead progression and deploy marketing campaigns and tactics to assist in pipeline progression and lead nurturing
  • Increase social media presence to support larger marketing efforts, including overseeing participation in online industry forums and discussion groups

WHAT YOU BRING TO CLICKDIMENSIONS

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful omni-channel partner marketing strategies and demand generating campaigns that drive retention, expansion and new sales
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or in a related field
  • 6-9 years experience in progressive marketing roles
  • 3+ years of partner marketing experience
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM, and sales engagement tools and their role in customer marketing efforts
  • A passion for technology and a genuine interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends and marketing strategies including experience in account based marketing & digital strategies
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to foster collaboration, innovation, and professional growth
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and insights to make informed decisions and optimize strategies
  • Creative thinker who can innovate and experiment with new approaches to partner engagement
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
