Operations Associate (Digital Marketing)

Oh, hey there. Aboard is looking for a Junior level professional to help with a little bit of everything – we need a chameleon (no, not an actual chameleon). This person will be a Marketing & Operations Specialist with a knack for Digital channels, administrative tasks and operations management.
This is a full-time contract opportunity, with potential of becoming a permanent part of the team.

What you’ll be doing:
- Support the curation and execution of automated email messaging for new & existing Aboard contacts
- Write & edit blog content targeted at our audience
- Brainstorm & create interesting content for social channels and/or website
- Curate & schedule weekly social media activity across Aboard platforms
- Spend time on platform(s) engaging with users & comments as Aboard
- Weekly review of social media performance
- Shadowing sales calls
- Documenting processes & building templates
- The role is not limited to the above as this is the time to be part of several avenues Aboard is growing in.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills at a C suite level

- Have a passion for helping people (duh)
You’ve worked with (one or multiple):
- HubSpot
- Canva
- Google Analytics
Here’s where you get bonus points:
- Experience working at an early-stage startup (this could be a co-op, internship, your own biz that you started)
- Experience working on HR / People / Work technologies
- Physically located in GTA (don’t worry, we’re still fully remote) we just want you to be excited about attending events!
