As a Food and Beverage Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service, compliance with corporate policies, and achievement of financial and guest satisfaction goals. This role will also include special events that are held in the region incorporated with the Delaware North operation. What will you do?

  • Coach, mentor, develop, and inspire a high performing team to provide exceptional guest service
  • Develop a multi-faceted food and beverage business, increasing revenue and efficiency
  • Lead the strategic direction of food and beverage operations and ensure the highest standards in the delivery of an upscale dining experience
  • Ensure the food and beverage department adheres to local regulations concerning health, safety, and other compliance requirements, brand standards, and Internal Control Procedures
  • Prepare annual capital, cash flow, and sales and marketing plans to accurately forecast budgets

More about you

  • Degree in hospitality management or relevant discipline, or significant industry experience required; MBA highly regarded
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to think strategically and plan on a mid to long-term scale.
  • Proven experience in leading multiple outlets and the ability to demonstrate increased revenue in previous positions
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
