• Manage all tradable touch points on the website including taxonomy, navigation, and product discovery
• Lead visual merchandising for category and brand pages to maximize conversion rates
• Plan monthly promotions, ensuring optimal stock availability and pricing accuracy
• Collaborate with the buying team to ensure complete product catalogues are uploaded and troubleshoot missing or incorrect listings
• Work closely with the content and graphics teams to execute campaigns, homepage pushes, and product spotlights
• Analyze customer journeys, optimize cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and improve product recommendations
• Conduct competitor analysis on product ranges and pricing to maintain competitive advantage
• Provide reporting and insights to guide business decisions and ensure financial targets are met

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• 2-3 years of e-commerce merchandising experience
• Strong analytical skills with advanced knowledge of Excel
• Understanding of digital merchandising, CRM campaigns, and e-commerce platforms
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify revenue opportunities and optimize conversion
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Knowledge of ACE Hardware product range and DIY/home improvement sector is a plus
