Al-Futtaim Group is looking for an experienced Online Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing across its real estate portfolio, including malls, residential, commercial, and contracting divisions. Based in Dubai, this role will drive data-led customer engagement, manage digital platforms, CRM initiatives, and oversee agency partnerships to support business objectives such as footfall growth, leasing, and B2B visibility.Employment Overview

  • Define and oversee digital strategy frameworks across all business units
  • Localize digital plans with regional teams to align with commercial goals
  • Manage paid media, CRM campaigns, websites/apps, and social media
  • Guide website redevelopment and ongoing optimization (SEO, UX, analytics)
  • Partner with Blue Rewards for lifecycle marketing and loyalty program integration
  • Develop CRM reporting and customer segmentation for targeted engagement
  • Govern social media content, tone, platforms, and agency coordination
  • Lead media agency relationships and performance review
  • Monitor KPIs, generate insights, and drive continuous improvement
  • Pilot digital innovations (AI tools, automation, personalization) with asset teams
  • Represent online marketing in cross-functional initiatives

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor\’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or similar
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or retail
  • Proficient in CRM, GA4, CMS, SEO, UX, social media strategy, and analytics
  • Strong experience managing external agencies and cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of loyalty platforms, automation tools, and digital innovation trends
  • Strategic thinker with a collaborative mindset and leadership capability
