The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. Job Description:

  • Conduct performance evaluations and analyses to identify growth opportunities and address challenges in advertising campaigns
  • Keep up with the latest trends and innovations in performance marketing to maintain competitive strategies
  • Apply industry knowledge and marketing best practices to inform product enhancements and long-term strategic planning for performance ads
  • Develop budgets, set milestones, and perform impact assessments for ad product enhancements
  • Lead discussions and actively promote experimentation within the performance ads ecosystem
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute innovation strategies
  • Collaborate with external platforms (e.g., Meta, Google) to test, assess, and adopt new ad solutions and technologies
  • Ensure accurate, ongoing reporting to track the performance and progress of all growth initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree and above in any field
  • Minimum 4 years of total experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in performance marketing/advertising campaigns
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfortable in doing data analysis
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong business acumen, execution, innovative thinking, and adaptability
