The Opportunity:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven Marketing Campaign Coordinator to support our brand building strategy.

In this role you will help execute key marketing campaigns, working closely with the marketing leads from industries like Automotive and Manufacturing, Financial Services, Retail & Consumer Goods and capabilities such as Digital, Pricing, Sales and Marketing ; you will also collaborate with marketing leads from our centres of excellence across digital, social media and events.

Your role will involve developing and executing marketing campaigns using a cross-channel and multi-media approach. You will have strong project management and technical skills, as well as experience in CRM, e-mail marketing, marketing automation, social media and other digital platforms.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns with a focus on social and digital channels in Oliver Wyman’s Europe region
  • Develop website, newsletter, and social media content (text and visual assets), working closely with our digital and design teams and internal and external editors
  • Manage social media posts and website updates
  • Manage the campaign content pipeline and production for our industry newsletters
  • Follow industry trends and provide competitive intelligence
  • Support targeted cross-industry marketing efforts for Europe to increase brand awareness
  • Provide marketing support for key events.

Experience required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing (or comparable experience) preferred
  • A minimum of two years’ experience of global marketing campaigns working across practices, groups, and/or regions
  • A passion for creating engaging content for social media and web, and ideally some editing experience
  • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation systems.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, fluid, and unstructured environment where priorities often shift
  • A strong project manager able to work both independently and collaboratively to create, manage, and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and planning skills to assess performance of marketing efforts
  • A self-starter who can demonstrate a strong initiative, confidence, and the ability to work with little guidance
  • Excellent communication skills and verbal and written English.
