Compensation:

$48 000 plus commision

Responsibilities:

  • Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events
  • Commit to staying updated on all services and products, competition, and market conditions to ensure customer needs are met
  • Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory
  • Speak to potential customers to introduce our services or new products
  • Keep company abreast of new business development opportunities, account status, potential customers, customer needs, and competitive issues using CRM
  • Interpret building blueprints and floor plans
  • Work closely with design team and assist in the design of workspaces with office wellness in mind. This includes customer preferences, safety regulations, ergonomics and functionality
  • Prepare Quotes and Purchase Orders
  • Track purchase orders and shipping status
  • Schedule and track deliveries and installation dates with manufacturers, shipping suppliers and installation team
  • Responsible for submitting and completing reports to the appropriate departments in a timely manner
  • Continuously build your knowledge of our products so that you can effectively help our customers improve their business through effective design

Qualifications:

  • Should have working knowledge of a CRM
  • Proven track record of sales experience, 3-5 years
  • Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma preferred
  • Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills
