What You Will Work On

Based in Nike’s London office you will work as part of the UK Sports Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who are excited by assist across all areas of the team, including Football, Sport Performance, Brand Experience and Athlete Experience.

The Tasks And Responsibilities Include

• Support development and execution of the operational and logistical elements of Athlete Servicing on both product and experiences within the Sports Marketing tiering classification of athletes.
• Support in operations and processing logistics of contractual athlete & asset activation requests
• Obsess the seasonal product concept map to ensure all athletes are receiving the right product for the right purpose at the right time.
• Support with the servicing of all sports marketing athletes identified including securing of product through futures contracts to cover ‘seasonal drops’, subsequent call offs & shipping, and where appropriate the experiences around distribution to athletes in person.
• Support the wider team on Nike systems, including product ordering, financial processing, and other administrative duties.
• Provide logistical support to the team around Athlete appearances connected with travel, accommodation, and logistics.

What You Bring

• Currently undertaking 2nd year Undergraduate degree at a UK University within Business Administration, Marketing or a related program
• Strong passion and knowledge of sport and understand the professional sports industry.
• Ability to interact, network and build credibility for both themselves and the Nike Brand across a complex internal matrix and wider sporting industry.
• Ability to build strong relationships to provide to deliver the aims and objectives of EMEA Nike Sports Marketing and in accordance with the respective Athlete & Assets’ contracts.
• Strong Communication and personal skills
• Ability work and understand different point of view and support the team to a consensus

IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE INTERNSHIP, YOU MUST

• Currently undertaking 2nd year of an undergraduate degree at a UK University,
• Be available for a 12-month fulltime (sandwich year) internship starting in 2023.
