Compensation: £15,000 – £40,000 / year

Description

Vines of Guildford have an exciting opportunity to join the MINI Sales team as a MINI Sales Executive. This is an excellent opportunity to make your mark in the motor trade with an enthusiastic and fun team.

Hours: 45 hours per week over five days; Monday – Friday 08:30 – 18:00, Saturday 09:00 – 17:00. In line with our commitment to ensuring our people have a good work life balance, our sales executives do not work Sundays.

Key Responsibilities

Are you passionate about customer service? At MINI we believe our customers are everything that’s why you’ll offer exquisite levels of customer service by providing a knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient service projecting the quality image of Vines.

You’ll make sure that every customer feels unique by understanding exactly where and how a MINI fits into their life. It’s all about matching the person to the right car and ensuring they have the features and add-ons to suit. From financing to contracts, you’ll aim for total customer satisfaction right through the process.

Skills Knowledge And Expertise

As a business we are extremely passionate about progression and development so previous automotive sales experience would be an advantage, but not essential. You might come from a general sales or customer service background, but have the drive to achieve and succeed.

At vines attitude and passion go a long way. So, in order to achieve success you will be a self motivated and positive Individual with a customer centric outlook.
